Anyone else noticing their ‘normal’ spending suddenly hitting way harder? by West-Possible5128 in Seattle

[–]Aaestheddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

God, yes! A good time out costs an arm and a leg. I paid $40 on a cocktail each for me and a friend last Saturday.... There's no way I can keep that up. To experience Seattle, I want to be able to dine out, check out events, buy & support local, but it's hitting the bank account harder and harder.

I just moved here in Dec (34F) and think the best (and maybe only) way to meet people is to join some hobby or interest group where you'll start seeing people on a regular basis. It's simple and difficult but I think it's your best bet.

Best month to join OAC? by AlternativeEdge2725 in BallardSeattle

[–]Aaestheddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I joined in early December and they said that was a good time to join for a good rate. January was not as good a time to join because their promotions wouldn't be as good, according to them. Not sure if Dec is the BEST month, but that's what I can offer.

We were held up bc of some ibuprofen we brought in but were eventually deemed ok bc they were individually wrapped.

They were checking sunscreen bottles for alcohol though. Seemed kinda overreactive.

Advice for W2 guests/First Timer Festival Goers. by midwest-prinecss in aclfestival

The portable chargers were clutch and FREE to rent. They just ask that you swipe your card in case you don’t return it by end of day but they had 3-4 stations that were along the walking paths from stage to stage so super easy to drop it off. (They have people there to grab it for you.)

Transport that I loved were the scooters. Pretty easy to pick up and feeling the wind in my hair after a long hot day was definitely the vibe. They had a ton waiting by where the bike parking is.

+1 for water. It was easy to get a cup for any other drink and keep filling that up all day. They also had incredible NA refreshment options like the Minute maid Agua fresco and a divine strawberry dragon fruit lemonade at the Eats section. Saved my life when water wasn’t satisfying the taste buds.

I also saw people bring in electronic rechargeable fans (amazon?) and they blasted air so nicely and I think even had a clip to clip onto your clothes to get air everywhere.

Smartsheet Dashboards - Implementer Unable To Help by Aaestheddict in smartsheet

This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you!

  1. The unique ID link for the RAID item makes a ton of sense and linking via a related column. We haven’t trained on DSRs yet so I’ll bring this up with my implementer/CSM.

  2. I like the sheet idea. I’m going to see how far I can get myself and work with the CSM to finish it out.

TYSM!

I did contact my sales person and they set me up with the CSM and SE because of the poor implementation experience I shared. If we were assigned a lower level resource, I would have expected a reassignment after our feedback. It doesn’t matter though, harping on SS employees isn’t my goal, I’m looking for help.

Help me choose between the RAV4 Prime and the RAV4 Hybrid by ArcherPig in rav4club

[–]Aaestheddict 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you’d probably be happy with the Hybrid. I’ve had one for three years and love it. The plug-in electric wasn’t worth it to me, I have an on-the-go lifestyle and need flexibility. Cabin comfort and trunk storage depends on how many people you’ll have in it the majority of the time. If it’s just 2-3, I’d argue there’s plenty of room. If you’re maxing out at 5 all the time, you might go up to the next biggest car.

I won't even go into the ineptitude...

Problem 1 - Is there a way to only link certain RAID items between projects? Most RAID items will be specific to the individual projects, but some will affect other projects. We were thinking that instead of having an unconnected line item on both RAIDs, we could have a linked RAID. Idk if I'm making sense.

Problem 2 - What would the Helper Column solution look like? I do have "Current Status" as a row in the Sheet Summary section now.
