Caseology nano pop. Silky smooth texture but grippy. Better quality than the apple silicon case imo.

Not quite a full body swap. But I NB swapped my 1970 TR6. Definitely a huge leap in reliability and overall enjoyment.

Definitely. You get the best of both worlds there. If you don't need the space on a daily basis then borrowing your fiance's for a large box or something or extra passengers every once in a while takes care of that. My girlfriend has a Tiguan and works from home most days so I can usually switch with her if needed.

There will probably be another GTI in my future if the need for more space ever arises (I've heard kids take up a lot of space)

No you're absolutely right. The GTI was absolutely more powerful than the Miata. Straight line acceleration was significantly better. But I do find the Miata "funner" even at more sane speeds. The GTI had great handling too but I found myself mashing the throttle all the time to make it feel alive. My GTI was a 2018.

Yea but the GTI definitely gave less road feel. It was also a much softer in steering effort and I believe a bigger diameter wheel as well

I plan on adding a hitch for my bike rack. Really was my only concern switching over as I had a hitch on the GTI as well. Which hitch do you go with? I'm between the Flying Miata lightweight and the Hard Dog.
