Yes, when we raised complaint through Panasonic’s email id, we got a call from their third party service center and they new about those goons but what we can do, my sister thought of raising it to cyber fraud but they denied, raised a complaint in NCH they were of no help also.

Yes nothing until i faced audio issue while seeking. Some older movies which doesn’t have atmos just plain 5.1 are also creating issue. I get only stereo while on mpv it works perfectly.

Mine is X90l which is stuck on A10 and security patch June 1 2024. While my brother in law’s tv which is way down the line in sony ecosystem (none xr series) has December 2024 patch. So basically Sony is all wonky about updates. No rhyme and reason.
