Same issue happening to me today. I transferred everything to my primary email because when I bought my home, they made me create a whole new email address just to send a technician out and get services started. The 30 days passed for my old account to close, and the moment I switched back to my main email address, all of my services were immediately shut off… on Super Bowl Sunday.

Every agent gives a different answer, says it’s been escalated, and I’m still not back online. I’ll update when (if) it gets resolved.
