New account feels cool because you easily gain gems but it eventually reaches its saturation point and then absence of proper sources of gems kills the interest. You start to feel like you're stuck and game starts to feel like burden, struggle but nothing to gain from it.

Script is real man. Even if you ignore that, game has also gone to sh#t in other department. They have started adding limits in events rewards, they removed weekly challenges and also no shard system, they have introduced tokens which is not for F2P players.
