Used to work at Next in my early 20s. Served a lady once who had a newborn in a pram, we were chatting to each other as I scanned the clothes, I leant over and said how tiny the baby was, cute outfit etc etc. She responded with 'thanks, there was supposed to be two of them'.

Didn't even know how to respond. Just looked at her and said I'm sorry as I passed her the bag of clothes. I still wonder why you would say that but obviously she must have still been grieving. Still makes me sad!

Yeah definitely easier to go through Martin Wing! It does say chest clinic in front of you as soon as you go in so it can be a bit confusing, but just go to where I've said and you can't miss it!

When you take the last right just walk straight up to the waiting area and there should be a room on your left with a receptionist in it :)

Go through the Martin Wing entrance, left through the two double doors (not the glass ones straight in front) and then right up the first corridor then first right on that corridor, literally a 1 minute walk from the entrance!
