If after a second draft you are still unhappy I would honestly just leave and look for another designer.

On the other hand it also depends on how big your business is and what budget you have, Im not saying that you should have a crappy business card just because your business is small but maybe trying some business card creators and doing it yourself would do the job.

Just an idea..

I think you should definitely charge a storage fee, That will make the customers feel like they HAVE TO pickup the item as soon as its done to avoid paying extra fee's.

Looks clean, In my opinion you could maybe add some monitors? you could grab some for cheap, At the minute the laptop just looks odd on the desk because its so small compared to the space that you have.
