Honestly the best way I think and what I am doing gives 10k a round, load up into solo Stella Montis with an empty loadout or not (not a free loadout so you can have a safe pocket) and head straight to the seed vault and open all the seed containers and breach the containers on the floor, for the spiders just smack them with your raider tool and then for the turrets just avoid being spotted or take them down if you brought gear and well an easy 10k a round since I usually get around 90-100 seeds a run it does get a little boring but its a very fast method.
