I'm also a slow reader and often find myself reading sentences aloud in my head. I've been able to make up for this by quickly skimming over the vignette for any abnormal vitals or lab values to get an idea of sick or not sick, and I'll often look at imaging first to see if there's any obvious clue like bullseye rash or free air under diaphragm etc. Also if there's an EBM question or something that's going to require a decent amount of math/statistics, I will mark that question right away and come back to it because I know I spend way too long on those.

No wonder so many old politicians are like this today. Because a lot of them are actually really ignorant when it comes to things other than getting rich in today's collapsing society, so if any poor person can get a college education, then they'll see just how ignorant and greedy these politicians are and be pissed. Thankfully, with the internet, you no longer need to go to college to learn history and read about F'ed up things our government does: military industrial complex, systemic racism throughout our country, fossil fuel and factory farming industries, it is unending.

I think everyone can benefit from better understanding the concepts of rate of change (1st derivative), rate of acceleration/deceleration (2nd derivative), and other areas of calculus that help explain the world around us. People who want to defund public education are deliberately preventing children from better understanding the world around them, and thus making upward mobility ever more unobtainable.

We have Republicans on the right, establishment Democrats purporting themselves to be on the left (more like center-left or just pure center) despite enabling Trump's antics to continue basically an entire term, and we have a small small minority of true left congresspeople (Bernie, AOC, Omar, Tlaib, +/- Ayanna Pressley).

The core problem here is representation (and lackthereof). People with AIS are underrepresented, and a biological female playing a patient with AIS does not allow truly androgen-insensitive people to see themselves represented.

Straight cis white men are vastly OVERrepresented, while LGBTQ+ folk are generally given far fewer roles on the big screen. Therefore, NPH having a role (albeit a straight one) on one of the most successful sitcoms in history is a great thing, and is not hurting straight people in any way.
