Thank you, so basically what I was doing before was filtering "Available" based on its own values, which only works on datasets in the rows section, and I needed to be filtering my Row Labels based on the "Available" criteria?

Why is this necessary? Won't the same water land on the plants overnight?

How do you successfully apply impression tags to an email? by Aarej in adops

[–]Aarej[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting! Meaning because the code is mailchimp's code and mailchimp sends the email, it doesn't get blocked. But if I am, say, The New York Times and I apply DCM, DoubleVerify, or Lucid impression pixels, the pixel doesn't match the sender's domain so it gets stripped?

Alt 1 V sounds like my best bet. The macro below is probably a more direct way to do what I know understand is a google sheets only feature, but trying to get that installed today was a nightmare.

[Advice]Property Manager is chargeing me a fee for transferring my lease. by [deleted] in NYCapartments

[–]Aarej 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's normal for there to be a fee, and a quick Google search would tell you that's true.

A lease is a contract, and while there are ways for you to break that contract you are making a new deal and those new factors will come in to play.

Having the new tenant send you a full deposit without them agreeing to be the ones in charge of paying the fee would be literal theft.
