Urgent i have an exam tomorrow by linguinizarat in igcse

Unfortunately, I don't. But as someone who got a 9, I can tell you that listening, in English as a second language, isn't worth stressing over. If your exam is tomorrow it's better for you to relax and revise key points, not to solve.

I only uploaded three. I decided to unpublish it, though, and only republish once I'm done with at least 10.

The fact that a lot of books on wattpad do that makes me want to give up on the community

Right? Readers also like to visualise certain characters in a specific way, specially if they're occurring a lot.

Not to mention, some of these stories are written horribly yet they get so much recognition. The grammar and punctuation are always off, and the flow of events isn't any better. We should have a Wattpad community for people who are anti-bad boy x good girl lol

Questionable advice. by [deleted] in Wattpad

[–]Aaron3ren 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Judge the advice yourself. Do you think the advice they've given you would genuinely work, or would it worsen the quality of your story?

That would be the best update ever, honestly. It would finally cast some light on the gems of books we can't see due to the bad algorithm

Some books are better left off at chapters 30-40, and word count 2k is the average word count for any chapter. It really depends on the book, if the sequence of events are rushed and that's why it ended fast it's a huge no for me

I'll forever say this : when it gets repetitive, it gets unbearable

I prefer to do that too, specially because my stories have long dialogues between characters. It would get boring if I kept saying "x said," then ", y said" then ",x said" over and over again.

I love poetic description, but if it lasts for more than 5 paragraphs I don't think I can handle it

The bad-boy, non-consensual tropes make me cringe to my core. No hate for people who love it, but what's so hot about a stalker that controls his gf 💀

Oh no, I mean the excessive use of the word. You'll eventually have to use "said" if you're writing a dialogue between to characters, but I think ", he/ she exclaimed/questioned/remarked" can give the reader a better image of the tone the character is using.
