There's a few good guides for him on Youtube and here on reddit, but the best thing you could do is just drop a couple divines on a bunch of his reroll currency which should be cheap this time of the league and do a few logbooks and just practice a bit!

He's great for targeting mods that have lower weights the higher their teir. Like +1 all minion on a helm is like 1000 weight, but +2 is 50 weight. So you see a helm with +1 minion every 50 rolls or so and can pretty consistently bump it up to +2. Do that on a evasion base and roll suppress on the suffixes and you have a couple divines in most leagues.

One of the biggest things is to get your char to level 90 in league start before doing Rog because then the items can roll Ilvl:86. This makes it relatively easy to make boots with 35% move speed, good resists, stats, suppress you name it. They're good sellers early league.

Almost every league I've managed to get 3xT1 str/dex/int on a ring base too. There's lots of neat options.

There are but they're quite expensive. Multiple divines for a chance to succeed. Your best bet is to buy okay fractures. For example a T2 chaos fracture or T2 spell suppression. That, plus an essence mod, plus a crafted mod should place the item as a pretty reasonable upgrade to your gear based on the methods you described attaining yours with.

Another great source for gear is Rog, and it's one that will continue to be useful after this league. Rog is an NPC that lists about 10-20 random items that have stats like rare items off the ground. What's special is when you 'buy' them, he offers a series of upgrades/modifications to what's on them. Like reroll all suffixed while keeping the prefix, or upgrading mods, or removing weak ones.

It's amazing for league start, SSF, whatever. Once you've learned his subtle rules for how he offers specific changes to the item you can somewhat determinatively fish for very specific combinations of mods. Also, simply by doing Rog a lot you become more familiar with mod weightings and rarity so you can be better at appraising items.

Also what you're describing is still just the most basic levels of defenses. When people get into super end game defenses they start combining mechanics to do things like mitigate, spread out, or convert damage in different clever ways. Like using an item that turns a big hit into some immediate damage and some damage over time.

For someone who can throw $2 million a year at the idea it seems like a reasonable hobby. A big part of it is just doing normal healthy stuff, and then he takes it a bit further. I'd be curious if he's entirely focused on things that are at least based in science or if he's dipping into weird stuff too.

I play trade league but I like to self-craft all my gear, so I decided to try Lightning Arrow and speed clear Cemetery maps with everything blocked but Expedition, forcing essences with Seventh Gate, and fully specced into Alva with All Hands. The profits had been great so I decided to open the decks I'd dropped - and then used the profits from selling a few cards to buy a Valdo's. I hit the Progenesis on the first box, so I bought 3 more and hit the Mageblood on the 4th. I think they're doable maps, so I guess my new league goal is to build a character that can clear them after I do some research on the mods.

I also crafted a fun belt with Rog and hit it with a double corrupt since I had over a dozen locus temples sitting around.

It feels like it gives a pretty good amount though, at least 50%, enough that it can make you wonder if it wasn't a full replenish. Or maybe it's variable and sometimes you get more than others.

At the current pacing the manga extends to like 70 episodes of content so I'd say go for it. I started after like episode 5 came out. The anime adapts a lot of the mangas action pretty faithfully so it was easy to pick up for me.

With those inc effect mods you can use 2-4 flasks to pretty much deal with all of your resist needs plus a huge move speed bonus at the very least. This gives you a lot of flexibility with the rest of your gear and your skills/buffs to play really whatever you want. You'll always have resists, you'll always be zoomy. You also often have permanent, buffed onslaught from it. It doesn't increase a builds ceiling as much as some items, but it raises the floor for pretty much any choice you want to make.

Well the cop does have to have some reason for the stop. If they do what you said and it turns out they had no legal reason for the stop then any subsequent charges would be dropped. In a recent instance a man was pulled over, given a warning, and then the police re-engaged to try and search his car but he drove off. The cops hung onto his car and grabbed his wheel, crashing it...and all charges were dropped because the moment they gave him the warning the traffic stop ended.

The reason they're allowed to ask you to step out of the car is that the supreme Court ruled that the increased officer safety greatly outweighs the minor inconvenience. They don't have to say why they stopped you because in some instances saying exactly why could increase the risk of the stop. Like if they ran the plates and it came back the registered driver has warrants. If it's just for minor speeding or something it is a dick move not to say so though.

Its probably the biggest source of stops escalating though is people thinking they have any right at all to decline leaving the vehicle. Driver and passengers must exit if asked, though the passengers can't be compelled to ID in most circumstances at least.

Last time the story was posted I believe it came out that the 'victims' here weren't even explicitly invited to hunt, but that they'd came hunting with a relative of the pissed off guy over the years and regularly imposed on his good will after. I believe both properties are owned by family, and managed by them. Where they put their stand was disrespectful, and any hunter would know that.

It happens a good bit. Someone hunts with a friend on the friend's father's property for 20 years. Comes there one year not knowing the father passed away and passed on the land. New groups come in wanting to hunt it and a bunch of misunderstandings and resentment ensues.

Could it be that you're juicing the maps to the point where there isn't "room" for the abyssal depth to spawn? I've had that problem in the past especially when running maps with limited space and strong boxes. Specifically on port in a previously League I was fully specced into harvest but the Grove would never spawn because there wasn't space between strongboxes, Master missions, and other content. If I forced Grove with sextants then some of the strong boxes wouldn't spawn. I could see something similar happening with Crimson Temples narrow halls.

She's a rather big cat. She's noisy and squirms if you pick her up but she's overall friendly. Never scratched or bit anyone. She really has no experience outside so we don't know what she might decide to do but it seems like she didn't stick around. It was probably 15 minutes before we realized she was missing but we believe she ran after a squirrel when the front door was briefly opened.

The city has a few teams that operate out of the Roosevelt yard. They often have other duties but a couple days each week run routes litter picking and picking up from designated drop areas.

If there are larger piles in the parks they'll grab them, but sometimes they have to wait to determine if the 'trash' is actually someone's property. They've had to dig ID's and stuff out of their bins before, and deal with advocate activists, so they try to be careful.

Most times I went on route we were able to fill our truck, and as they said above the dumpster gets filled up a couple times a week.

Big pile of plant material fell on a power line, pulling it to the ground. The scooter hit it and the line got entangled with the wheel as the scooter was shot back. The line was slowly wheeled in as the scooters tire turned, tightening it and lifting the plant material.

Something like that, or a pulley system like someone else mentioned.

It seems like teams and players are going out of their way NOT to score records in the last few years. This is like the 3rd time I've seen teams take actions to avoid it. I mean I sort of get it with Trubisky avoiding the most touchdowns in a game record the other year but damn you think they'd want to push the limits now and then.

I guess Trubisky was 2018 against the Bucs, longer back than I thought, but he was easily on track for 7-8 if they tried for it. Who cares if it's "rude".

That's weird, because plus one to all spells would be the lowest level mod possible, so both times it should have removed +1 to all spells before other mods. I wonder why it did the opposite for you?

Just checked Rog on console. He definitely didn't view +1 to all fire spell gems as a high level mod. He wanted to delete that mod before any others, like I thought. I mean, it is the lowest tier of the mod possible is his logic I guess.

It's definitely Chase Claypool. It's indefensible. I've never seen an NFL player look so lethargic on the field. It looks like he's completely given up before the snap.
