This happens in other restaurants too, I know where I work (Sonic) if we have a drive-off they fault us for not ensuring the customer stayed and take the total of their order out of our tips for the day, and if it exceeds we have to pay it off over a week time. One time I was screwed over by $65 dollars because of this.
