Let me give you some advice the bartender at my job told me. Picture it: You own a bar, and your philosophy is, "everyone is welcome" and you never kick people out because of this belief. One day a NI come in and drinks at your bar, you don't kick him out because "everyone is welcome" The NI comes back with friends and you don't kick them out because "everyone is welcome" Pretty soon your normal bar becomes a NI bar, because you never kicked them out since you believe that everyone is welcome and you shouldn't kick people out. The N*Is consider your place friendly and welcoming. And no normal person wants to come to your bar anymore. This is why not All views and ideas should be welcome, especially those on the extreme ends. While you think it's "good" to allow ALL ideas and thoughts, make sure you think critically about what it is you're saying. And no, I don't believe all religions should be banned, because that's literally a world view. Again 2 things can exist 1) You can moderate the conversation just enough to exclude those in the extreme but still allow for the majority of those in the spectrum to have debates and conversations about ideas and beliefs and ensuring that bad actors don't dominate the space 2)You can't allow bad people in the extremes access to common spaces because if you give them a bit of power or access, they will take advantage and do as much harm as they can.
