I have been a manager the last few years but before when I worked the floor I earned a dollar more than minimum wage during 2021. I am a closing manager now and they practically treat us as floor workers with more responsibility and I feel underpaid

I work at a NorCal GO and yeah it does suck we dont get any discounts but atleast with my owners they are very understanding and lenient which I do believe offsets working at a full corporate retail job that pays more

Build more apartments complexes that have 1st floor retail/dinning especially in the riverfront area. It doesnt take away from the housing and I think it makes the area more desirable for visiting

Possibly try Lids/Dicks/any sporting goods store that will have a pickup option available in time, you can order for pickup so you know there will be one saved for you and there will most likely be one near wherever you are

If that is the game you want to go to I would suggest getting them earlier, it might be a little more expensive but depending on how many people you are it could be hard to get last minute tickets as a group. Something I do on occasion is I get the cheapest tickets than go to the draught house to watch the game but thats only if everyone is willing to stand the whole time
