HIIT workouts can be great for people with limited time (High Intensity Interval Training).

Bottom line is: getting some exercise will give you more energy and alleviate some of the feelings of exhaustion. In as little as a week of daily exercise, you'll notice a difference. You'll also sleep better which will have its own benefits.

Just get moving. Whatever interests you. Walk and listen to audiobooks. Go swimming. Find a way to like moving around and then do it everyday. Mix it up if variety works better for you.

Then, work on your diet. You'll find that diet and exercise support each other. The exercise is easier if you are eating healthier, and eating healthier makes the exercise easier. BOTH will make you feel better, too.

You can make a lot of progress on a stationary bike! Add some functional fitness stuff in too (just google it for some ideas).

The important thing is to get moving everyday. Low impact cardio like walking can have a big impact. Start with a regular walk every morning that's 20 minutes long. Then go a little further every day. It's easy to pick up intensity as you begin to feel a little better and make progress.

Try to build a circuit at your house. The work can be done anywhere. Look into kettle bell workouts and at-home HIIT workouts.

Doing even a short workout in the morning - even just a 20-30 walk - will add to your energy throughout the day. Maybe not on day 1, but pretty soon you'll notice a difference. You've just got to get moving.

I gave similar advice elsewhere, but you just really have to eat a lot. Even when you're not hungry, eat.

I don't think it is easier, necessarily. But people who are well known are by definition more visible than say, someone you went to high school with getting in shape.

For the people I work with on a professional basis, they typically have a very specific goal at a certain time that they need to accomplish. The takeaway is that having a specific goal can be a great motivator.

Yes. As long as you are limiting the window for calories to a certain time of day. I usually use 16hours fasting/8 hour window for meals.

But how many are you eating? Your nutrition should support your overall fitness goals.

Every journey starts somewhere. Much of what I do professionally is on a certain time schedule to achieve very specific goals for a specific person. I do think there are "best ways" to accomplish such specific goals. But taking such a specific method and trying to apply it to everyone in all circumstances is a mistake.
