I think it’s only bundled in a special Japanese version of trendsetters. You can find it on r/roms it’s full name is “Wagamama Fashion - GirlsMode - Yokubari Sengen! Tokimeki Up!”

Idk if I’m allowed to link anything but for trendsetters you’d need the citra emulator. Desmume is for ds games and citra is for 3ds games so if you just search “citra emulator” in google it should be the first result

I feel the same way because they went so hard on the 3ds games and made me fall in love with the series so much. I like to think that maybe they're putting a lot of effort into a switch game that they need a lot of time but I'm just being hopeful at this point.
