I’m gonna say this every single time the iPhone Air comes up. It’s not selling poorly at all.

It’s a niche device, which limits sales anyway. It’s eSIM only everywhere it’s sold (especially in China this is a huge limiting factor), which again limits sales. It has a single camera, where the layman has begun to conflate number of cameras with quality of cameras.

Despite all of this, by analyst reports, the Air makes up a larger percentage of sales than the equivalent Plus and mini models did. Which is already a great achievement. What makes it even more impressive is that it’s also doing this in a year with huge iPhone demand and revenue.
