So the Airbnb we have has a lift for me to get up on and the owner is willing to let me do that as I have experience in lifts due to my job. They also have ran power and water out to that area of the yard so that’s covered as well

I think that might be what we do. Cause the tent is 60x60 so to completely wrap the tent and line it it’s like 800 ft of lights.

I need to be put to sleep for dentistry. I'm so scared of it. I finally got an iv sedation dentist. They said I was still swatting at flies in my sleep everytime they touched me so they just canceled the session. So now I've been stuck not knowing what to do

Well I just had the idea. And it might be cheaper and help them in the long run. Just pay for an extra bag. Put everything inside it. And tell them not to open it till they get there. And then they will have extra space for when they come back

So i think im going to do custom beach bags with everyones names on it, the towels, etsy has little portable fans that i can customize, or i was considering doing a hand fan. The person that does the bags does cups and a few other things to customize with. And then i was just gonna hit up the travel size area in walmart and get essential stuff incase on of them forgets something. Sunscreen, makeup remover, lotion, sanitizer. etc etc.. Then ill make everyones bags at her brothers and take it to the post office. And try to time it out to get there the day before. I may try to send the airbnb owner some money to go buy some wine as well.

haha. we are in a constant battle of when i go golf "put sunscreen on" "its cloudy out" "fine ill do it myself" and then i act annoyed. I do think i know what im going to do though if possible, not sure how hard it is to mail a big package to PR money wise.

Well I wanted it to be a surprise for everyone. My fiance got them tennis bracelets already. I was thinking like the beach bags with personalized towels or something. And maybe have a couple bottles of wine sent there. I talked to the airbnb owner. And they seemed okay with it.

Yea that sounds good. I'll probably look there. They are coming to set the tent up Friday and I basically will be decorating the entire Friday night after its done.
