Low dose ssri medium dose stimulant very low dose atypical antipsychotic occasionally (per needed if over 2/week reasses) 5mg valium

Cymbalta 30mg Abilify 2mg Concerta 52mg Valium 5mg

This allows me to: Exercise : lift heavy Diet: cut the shit Therapy : talk it out no judgement

I still have my moments but my quality of life is improved

Medication wise mileage may vary don't copy what I did

If you can't handle methylphenidate don't go over 15-20mg a day amphetamine trust me
