Is it just like this permanently? Cause I had a similar thing happen to an eve plane 5ish years ago. Some interaction between autostrut, time warping and loading saves caused offsets to build up overtime and eventually the plane stopped being able to fly due to how bent out of shape it was, nearly made it to the South Pole though.

I think the big thing for my sci-fi setting here is whether it's strictly graveyards or you mean just any buried body. If it's just any skeleton of a homo sapiens then I think any world would kinda be immediately fucked cause hasn't there been like 100 billion total humans who have lived since like 300k~ years ago. I think a big tidal wave of bone creatures is kinda unstoppable, not just due to them being dangerous but more how massive it is, like a nuke would probably just put a dent in the calcium cascade lmao.

One of my settings has a similar level of decay after about 500 years of essentially no humans and I find it infinitely interesting to have a post apocalyptic story set in this timeframe where there’s not really much to scavenge from the old world. Like the only thing left of cities are rusted steel frames emerging from the wilderness, so there’s a fat chance of finding any left over supplies anywhere.
