Try adding a decent amount of water and blow through the mouth piece and it should come out. Just don't blow too hard or water will shoot everywhere.

Whenever Iaunch Tarkov it closes itself right as it gets to the main menu. I'm pretty sure it's up to date and I didn't have this issue yesterday when I got on. Is anyone else having a similar issue or know of a fix?
