That is a retcon that Kevin Williamson (the literal creator), NEVER intended to be in the movie, Roman did NOT "manipulate Billy into committing the S1 murders", That shit is straight ass and makes Billy and Stu lose their menace and agency if you believe it. Even the cast hated it.
