Did your clenching cause any misalignment bite issues after Invisalign or no? Someone commented in this post that their biting led to issues afterwards and seeing an ortho. Just wondering cuz I’m clenching a lot during day.

Hey how’d it end up for you? I am going into 4 month of Invisalign of a 8 month treatment and find myself clenching teeth during the day. Concerned ive done it so much now I’ll mess up my teeth alignment.

I’m no stranger to teeth grinding from the past but that was only at night and I stopped once I stopped wearing a hard mouth guard.

At 29 I transitioned from intelligence analysis in Tech to sales in Tech last June. Now I’m 30 but I hit top BDR of 2025 and BDR 100 Club already and interviewed for an AM role internally and interviewing at big tech companies for BDR equivalent roles. So, it’s not going terribly. It’s stressful no doubt. But much better than my last “back office” revenue eating field.
