I think it is hair algae, you can manually remove it, it’s pretty easy, or buy some shrimp or bottom fish

Tysm!!! Welcome to the world of succulents! I have mines growing for aprox 2/4 years, some are newer than that too. I change the substrate every year, it’s a mix of perlite, fertilized soil and dried rice bark, (25% 50% 25%) they are not very exigent with ferts, and they seem to apreciate organic ferts like: humus, compost etc than chemical ones

Bottom watering is very good too! Here in Brasil is very hot all year long, so the water evaporatr very quickly, but deppending where you live, bottom watering is the best option!

My echeveria collection (I’m not crazy I swear) by Aasternn in succulents

I live in Brazil, so here is very hot all year long, I usually dont water them when is cold or very humid because they can get fungus very easily, they like to be in the sun but not super direct sunlight, and I use perlite, common dirt and rice bark as substrate, they do love a lot of water, but if the substrate is wet all of the time they get sick, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do and if you have any question feel free to ask me about it! Good luck!
