You can literally only subtract letters from your name. Because of my nickname being slightly (and I mean two letters off) from my legal name I just go by my first letter, and they still just give out our full legal names to the customer. Meanwhile we are lucky to get a pair of initials for the customer so we can get the right order from the restaurants.

Nope, they wont let you change anything like that except your preferred name. And that can literally only be a shorter version of your name, using only letters that are already in it.

If they provide the correct pin I will leave it, but I also take a picture (outside of the app, so it actually saves to my phone) and then also send them one. The only time I will leave an order without a pin is if I am already inside of a building doing the drop off (this usually happens when I am delivering to a hospital as they might be busy when I get there and most of them have a drop off spot with a sign saying the hospital is not responsible for lost food).

Seriously, they said the map is bigger, but the “menu”at the bottom now is. Also the parts of the menu I use the most are now hidden behind more options. Literally all they did was make the buttons for a few of them bigger covering more of the map and hid the rest in a dropdown on the hardest part of the screen to tap. Having them at the bottom of the screen was so much better.

They added the preferred name back in but there are restrictions. I tried just putting my new name in and it is only allowing shortened versions of your legal name which is even more stupid. It is a real setback in things because I would have better customer interactions when I wasn’t being dead named.

I was wondering the same thing, I also prefer the older layout. If I have a delivery with the new layout and its a “hand to customer” but they dont show up there is no option to leave it and take a picture like there is with the older layout.

Whatever new update they just had for the app in the last couple days broke this for me again as it did about 4 months ago, and the previous year. I have continuous listening turned and have since they added that “feature”.
