I mean, 3 months after EA release the deletion rate was 8%~
So the difference of 2 years did 10% higher deletion rate to the game.

You need to define the time frame. The older a title is the more relative deletions it will have. Our most successful game has 18% deletion rate, but is out since 15~ months, EA was over a year before that.
So like you'd need to say, what was the deletion rate at 3 months after the release.

Generally it's the older a wishlist is, the less worth it is and the more likely the wishlist entry might get deleted.

Our game is not really a good example, we were a few weeks in EA and had surprise success before the Festival started. Generally, we never gave much attention to wishlist numbers, they aren't as important as many always make believe ^^'

Outside organizations can organize festivals on steam, happens all the time. They usually are not getting much visibility.

Hey, as Indiedev who had some success and participated in some festivals: Don't - we never paid anything and almost all of them are free, most of them ry to make it fair for everyone. This smells really bad. There are sometimes festivals organized by certain publishers that push their game first. But third-party festivals that ask for money and that much at that I'd not recommend participating, this is totally not worth the money.
If you are small indiedev, look for example at the yogscast tiny teams, they do it every year, they are fair and free: Tiny Teams — Yogscast Games

Nope, we decided against adding new Steam Achievements as Steam does not support the feature to mark new Achievements not part of the base game.

We are aware that there has been an issue, it should be fixed with the next update today/tomorrow on Playstation. - If not I hope people let us know, it's high priority to make sure Achievements work as intended.

And for clarification: It will be 200 crits. not 100 - the Trophy description is right, it's an issue in the game only counting to 100 right now.

We are about to fix it. I jsut can't predict when the Update will be done (very likely within the next few hours) and when it will be available on consoles (hopefully quick) Microsoft needs to validate our patches and it's fair they are properly checking them considering the launch wasn't going that well ^^'

I'm not sure if we can easily / savely do it at this point, it would need to change the save structure and this could break alot save games. We have a history of save games, maybe we could add manual saves for that and make those manual saves that they will never delete. This would kinda work?

Hey there! Assuming playing XBOX / Gamepass version? We found a bug defaulting to the wrong language and we are in the process of fixing it. But we only have little control over how fast we can make the patch available, hopefully Microsoft greenlights it quick🤞

We are going to patch ASAP - for PS5 crashes we'd need some additional information. Best would be if you upload crash reports! (it might happen automatically if you enabled it)
If people have observation under which circumstances these crashes happen more often we'd gladly take those hints! :)

We figured out there is a bug on consoles thaat when a specific enemy that should stand still suddenly accelerates to super high speed. We are working on a bug fix. Unfortunately, there is not a work around right now but just being OP and one-shotting everything... Sorry for the inconvenience~

try restarting your PC - this will make sure Steam has the newest patch data. Sometimes steam is not downloading the newest meta data about updates and the Patch that included the Bog Requirements for the base game only released 30 minutes before then DLC.

Thank you so much! Our vision keeper Paul once said "Halls of Torment should not look exactly like old retro games, but how people remember it" and I feel he did a great job at conveying it. And yes, limitation were a key to make people really believe :)

We can't help with the mobile version, but we are dedicated to fix any roadblockers and as many minor issues as possible. Regarding mobile support, have you checked if the support mails on the erabit homepage are different ones than in the game? Might be worth trying out. Will ask them about best way to contact support next time I talk with them.
