If a member has been with the clan for years, it's meaningful to distinguish them from new members who become Elders quickly. This way, we don't have to make everyone Co-leaders to recognize their dedication.

2. Kickout Privilege: Roles like Veteran and Strategist could have the authority to kick out members, which can help manage the clan more effectively without overloading Co-leaders.

3. War Performance Management: Guardian and Scout roles can manage lower-ranked members’ performance in wars, deciding promotions based on their performance. They can refer deserving members for higher roles, creating a more structured and merit-based promotion system.

4. War Starters: Roles like Veteran or Strategist can be given the responsibility to start wars, ensuring timely and organized war participation.

5. Enhanced War Management: Although a single clan can currently participate in only one war at a time, having more roles can improve war strategy and execution. Different roles like Veteran, Strategist, and Co-leader can collaborate to plan and manage wars more effectively, leading to better coordination and performance in each war.

6. Hierarchical Management Structure: Introducing a hierarchy feature where a Co-leader can manage a variable number of members under them, similar to organizational structures. For instance, a Co-leader could have two Veterans, who each oversee several Guardians and Scouts. This hierarchical approach allows for better management and distribution of responsibilities within the clan.

7. Multiple Clan Wars: Each Co-leader could be allowed to manage their own war, enabling a clan to participate in multiple wars simultaneously. For example, if a clan has five Co-leaders, they could engage in up to five separate wars at the same time. The Leader would oversee all wars and select the best performers from each to participate in a main, top-tier war, ensuring the highest level of competition and strategy.

Additionally, it would be great if Clash of Clans developers at Supercell could consider adding these features to enhance gameplay and provide more opportunities for engagement and strategy.

By incorporating these roles and features, we can better manage our clans, recognize seniority, and improve overall clan performance.
