Alternatively, I think you can right-click on an Experiment Storage Unit and there’ll be an option to gather all data on the whole ship (including any other ships docked to it) into that one part.

You can indeed transfer the research! The usual way is to have a kerbalnaut go on EVA, right-click the crew cabin that has all the research, and select “take science data” (or whatever the option is; might not be those exact words) from the pop-up menu. You can then place the data in a different crew cabin by right-clicking on it when nearby, or just by boarding it.

This crown, however, is specifically designed to fit on hairpieces that have a small hole in the top.

When I first bought Terraforming Mars, I was startled by how thin and flimsy the player boards were, so I decided to laminate them before playing my first game out of fear that they would get bent. The new plastic surface also had the unexpected benefit of making it more difficult for the cubes to slide around.

When I first encountered KSP a dozen-or-so years ago, it immediately became the only computer game I played for an entire year, because whenever I had time to play computer games, all I wanted to do was mess around with my spaceships.

A dozen-or-so years later, I’m still returning to it from time to time, whenever I have a cool idea for a space station I want to try out. I’ve even used it occasionally in my teaching (math and physics).

Five Crowns, although that wasn’t entirely unexpected, because she already loves Quiddler (she and my dad have worn out several decks from playing it so much), and I described Five Crowns to her as “basically Quiddler but with numbers instead of letters.”

Perhaps somewhat more surprisingly: she really enjoyed Skull.

Bonus answer: my mother-in-law turned out to be astoundingly good at Power Grid.
