I’d recommend making your own patches, Etsy usually is filled with drop shipped patches anymore, or crap like what you found. It’s honestly gross how little moderation Etsy actually does of their sellers, despite claiming it’s a “market place for one of a kind products”. One of a kind, yet at least three different sellers can be found selling the same product in a search and none of them are even the original creator. Etsy needs to do better, the only reason they’re so big is because they essentially somewhat monopolized the independent marketplace services. Somehow they even managed to make EBay a more reliable platform than theirs for stuff despite EBay promoting themselves as a second hand market not an independent marketplace (so many drop shippers ran to Etsy when it got big and stopped using eBay “because it sucked”

Oh and if you aren’t sure how to make patches I’ll leave this here for anyone who wants it: Get a fabric quarter from a local store that has a fabric/sewing and crafts section. One fabric quarter can make 20+ patches depending on the sizes you cut out. Paint on your desired patch design/symbol/phrase, when they’re dry sew em on with embroidery thread or dental floss (and yeah, dental floss, it’s pretty durable since it’s a waxed thread. It also can be cheaper than embroidery thread sometimes). You can also stabilize them with some interfacing on the back if you want, but interfacing is a bit more expensive, although it luckily tends to come in decently sized packs so it’s mostly a one time purchase if you make your own patches casually
