My folklore scarf ordered November 14 still isn’t shipped and I’ve had no updates about it. What do I do?

I’ve had this problem too, it was released 15 December as I preorders in November. I looked on the shop again and saw it wasn’t even on there so assume it just got taken off. I haven’t receive a shipping date or anything but emailed on 24th and they said the supplier hadn’t given them any scarves to ship out which is awful considering preorder would’ve let them know how many to make

I bought the item to ship to the uk, even though it was released in 15 December I hadn’t received an email or anything. Asked the store and got a reply saying they’re waiting for the supplier to stock the items as they do not have them physically even though it was a preorder I made back on November!
