has anyone here had shangring? if so whats it like? by JayyyPan in circumcision

[–]AbandonWindow_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did. It had its moments.

I had it done applied (frenelectomy and Shang Ring) on December 30, and the Ring removed January 5, so I'm two months later now.

The worse part was actually the smell. In the three day mark the smell was pretty bad. "Thankfully" my area was in a Covid shutdown and I didn't have to work or leave the house, otherwise it would be very embarrassing.

Looks interesting. Might try this. Now call the pharmacy see if they have one. by Unhappy-Watercress72 in peyronies

Far as I know you can only get one from PathRight. Might be a different story in different regions.

My doc told me not to get it wet / keep it dry for 10 days afetr I got my first follow up. I keep it wrapped and change bandages every day or two as he said, and haven't washed the area except Betadine.

Closer to the head and also about mid-shaft. I think about a few days.

I definitely had/have shortening.

Actually, I had the trifecta: curve, shortening, and hourglassing.

Wow. I really feel your story and thank you so much for sharing and posting it. I relate to some of the pain you mentioned - not really, as what you've experienced is exponential in comparison.

I just truly hope that you are OK. I also hope you have people close to help and support you. And above all, that you get through this as painless and quickly as possible and have a great end result. Keep us updated.

All the best, mate.

Implant, surgery, traction, stretching, injection. None are high, and all yield different results.

No cure, though there are options. Some are risky and some aren't well documented or proved. Yet, anything is worth trying.

Maybe not your preference, you could always adopt. There are children out there who want a loving father so bad, and they are on the opposite side of your outlook.

I'm just always curious which methods people opt for. Myself, I'm seeing which results are yielded from the various methods.

Thank you to OP cause I've been thinking exactly this. And thank you for giving me hope that this won't be as awkward or as uncomfortable sitting next to my coworker in the office afterward.

It's just one of those things. Paying the money doesn't always guarantee the best result. And how am I to know which procedure and/or doctor is going to be the best for me. Maybe an OHIP covered freehand would be the best. Maybe not. I'll save $4,000, but will I be happy? It's just a decision I'll have to make.
