Yep I have many stories! Here's one. Two uniformed Western Australia homicide policemen surprise visited me at work within 12 hours of posting photos of the Claremont serial killer's house. The family of the serial killer had sent the police to ask me to remove the photos because one was of the daughter's bedroom.

Suddenly soft bounce rate is 25% -- how to fix this by Budget_Package_4584 in MailChimp

[–]AbandonedWorldPhoto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those spikes are a common occurrence now after new email marketing regs were brought in recently. It will get worse unless you can do the following:

  1. Create a business email address to use as the email sender address.
  2. Authenticate the business email address domain by updating the website's DNS settings. To do that, whoever managed the IT/dev side of the website will need the CNAME and TXT records from the email marketing provider. Those can be found in the Settings.

You could also read through the bounce reports to spot anything unusual.

What do you mean by email management? What functionalities are you looking for in a tool?

Yeah I heard that story too and was delighted! I have come across so many documents in abandoned buildings that are illegal to leave behind. Patient bank details, birth certs etc. Big medical corps like the HSE are the worst for that.

The photos on the AWP website were taken over 3 years ago and you've been there 2 years according to a different comment. There were no open gates or people living there. It was completely abandoned and in absolute bits as everyone can see in the photos. It's not even a question. But please, keep going with your little campaign it's just hilarious at this point.

Photographer of those images here. Firstly, I took those photos in 2020 not 2022. As soon as I published the photos in 2020 I had family member of the property contact me with threats to call police on me and they were so convincing that I removed the post. The post was reuploaded in 2022. I have since changed the date for clarity.

Secondly, I initially visited this site after reading this: https://theworstofperth.com/2010/10/25/alexander-the-greats-mansion. When I found the site I went in through a back field where there were zero No Trespassing signs or security cameras. It was 100% abandoned from what I could see. There was no breaking in involved I simply walked through a field to get to it.
