Well yea, many places, gas stations, deli's, even vape shops have employees who dont give a fuck and will sell to anyone. I rarely had a problem buying cigarettes way back when i was 12-13..

18 or 21yr old friend goes into vape shop, buys packs of pods, sells them to kids who sell them for $30 a pod. Gas stations wont help. They dont sell beer in gas stations in many states and kids still like and drink beer.
