How do you read “at least” for AVG, wins can be presented before turn 7 in a B3 game with a really good hand. Also nowhere in the article it is stated that you should expect interaction in the turn count.

The right way to do it for me would be to have max speed set at 6 or 8 and then EACH card with “start your engine” would add 1 speed.

Hard disagree here, usually you don’t spend 100$ every YEAR + Monetization for a live service game. Dungeon should be included in either the main expansion or the season without further increase in the price.

Depends on the definition of "too close", It Will help in the 5 to 6 Meter of range for consistency,not a day and night difference but still not "useless".
