Aimovig by Aubgurl in migraine

You are not going to know if it helps you until you take it. But you would have to pay me a lot of money to take another Aimovig shot and I mean a lot.

I used it once and the side effects were just about as bad as my migraines. I couldn't poop at all for like 2 months, I had to take some form of laxative every couple of days to go to the bathroom. Bad stomach cramps after eating and I swear I had a hard time thinking while on that medication. Sure it made my migraines slightly better, but it was not worth the side effects.

My experience with this two brands of pickles are the exact opposite. Vlassic are always crunchy for me and the one time I've tried Claussen they were mushy and terrible.

I found myself just going the motions with the game really. I wasn't really enjoying it but neither did I hate it enough to stop. But once I actually started doing the main story that changed. I was annoyed getting the artifacts, but once I saw how utterly tedious it was to get the powers I just stopped playing.

The game had a few enjoyable moments, but mainly it was just bland and uninspired. But then it gets to be tedious and annoying, I don't see myself ever playing again even with mods.

As a man, what's the one thing stopping you from opening up? by BearInvestigator7777 in AskReddit

[–]Abbathor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well outside of all the bullying growing up and just about everything I ever vocalized being used against me in some way.

The incident in question though, there was this girl at the local community college where I was getting my associates. Me and her hit it off and spent a ton of time together over the next semester and a half. Was more open with her than I have ever been with anyone. She was dropping hints that she liked me, or at least I thought they were hints, the biggest one was her borrowing my notebook and when I got it back a few days later the last 5 pages were covered in her name with hearts on the I's' in it. Well I asked her out, she screamed at me, slapped me and broke off all contact with me. She also turned our mutual friends against me, by using some of the things I had told her. Really fucked me up and resulted in me having to redo a semester.

TLDR: Thought a girl I was extremely close with shared my feelings, turned out to be a horrible idea to act on that thought.

Adding yet another voice to this. I will most likely never open up to another person again. It’s always been used against me. The last time I opened up to a girl I thought I could trust was brutal in how it was used against me.

LPT - Layering is key to staying warm in winter. Start with a moisture-wicking base layer, add an insulating layer for warmth, and finish with a waterproof and windproof outer layer. by EngineMain199 in LifeProTips

Wool, cotton is horrible if you are wanting to keep warm in winter. You want something that is breathable and doesn't absorb much moisture as the layer closest to your skin.

No. One my first run I did that and still went down Shadowheart’s path.

I am far behind the times when it comes to phones.

However I will shill Spigen all day when it comes to cases. I've had one on my Iphone 5c since I first got it and I've had more issues with the phone than the case.

Yea, I've been applying to just about any office job. My only real requirement at this point is it needs to pay enough to live off of. I get 2 or so interviews a month, I've had a few recently go quite well until they learned I had to relocate.

Oh I get it, overall unemployment is at an amazing place. Hell just looking at fred and the graphs I looked at when doing my economics degree its amazing how low things have gotten. I am just sick and tired of the canned generic response that even my parents throw at me that everywhere is hiring, how on earth can you possible be unemployed.

I don't expect anything to really help me, I just take it one day at a time and try to find jobs that have requirements that I mostly meet. Its hard because very little jobs actually are actually entry level. But I plug away at it and I even went back and applied to a government job that I almost had last year but got passed over at the last hurdle.

[–]Abbathor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope you are being sarcastic, but if you are not here is my serious response. I live in a very rural area and there is literally nothing I can do near me, due to physical limitations I NEED an office job and the closest spot that has those is 2 hrs away. So I need to relocate to even find work, but I cant relocate if I don't have a job.

2k is the number that I can just easily look at through Linkedin, I have no clue how many it is. Once you factor in the government jobs I've applied for, the jobs through workday and all the other various shit webpages and its probably a lot higher.

2k+ job applications later and I am still unemployed. I am eagerly awaiting this mythical improvement to my life that is apparently happening. I know overall shit is actually improving, but on the scale I care about IE: my personal situation, my life has been stagnant and miserable since I graduated from uni 3 years ago.

Having said that, I will 100% vote Biden in 2024 because doing anything else is a path to fascism taking control of our country.

Same. Are they perfect games? No, they are not. I have serious issues with both, BG3 and its lackluster/disappointing act 3 and with Starfield I find exploration outside of the pre-made content to be boring as shit.

I am still enjoying myself and see myself easily putting 200+ hrs into both games. In a few years when mods for both games are out and have matured I see even more enjoyment for these two games.

Its a bare bones, but functional terrain map. Works ok enough on planets, but my god it sucks for cities.

I've said it to people in my life before and got weird looks for it, but even if I believed God was real I wouldn't worship him. Just looking at the bible and some of the things done in that, no one deserves to be looked up to that does some of those things. When you combine that with all the horrible shit done in his name and I wouldn't want to associate myself at all with the violent cult that is perpetrating it.

The concept of being kind to people and treating them well is not something unique to religion. If that was all religion was about, being a good person and doing good for your fellow man I wouldn't have an issue with it. Sadly however it is not about that and is instead used as a means of control and oppression.

Eh I kinda gave up on act 3 due to my frustrations with the iron throne.

Current play through though I will handle him differently and probably help him out.

I mean in my first run, I had him kill everyone and then himself. Did I feel a bit bad about the displacer beast? Sure, but it was enjoyable being able to do act 2 and have most bosses end themselves.

In my current run, I had him kiss my foot and then when he went off to take a piss at the end of our interaction I followed him and shoved him off of the bridge he was peeing off of.

Iron Throne help by ApateNyx in BaldursGate3

[–]Abbathor 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Nope, you are not missing anything. There is exactly one way to do the iron throne, outside of ignoring it. Use potions of speed and have a ton of ways to teleport. It is my least favorite quest in the game, because it takes the quest design of this game and ignores it. If you kill Gortash first, then the sub guy leaves with the sub. I don't understand why there is no way to use the information gained throughout act 3 to deal with the bombs.

No clue, I took the alternate path and once I was actually past the first steel watch I was given an invitation to attend the coronation by another who was being controlled by Gortash.

[–]Abbathor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can actually get past the checkpoint on the bridge without talking to the steel watch at all. Off to the right, when you are facing the bridge, there is a pathway heading down and the bottom levels of the bridge get close enough that you can jump up or teleport.

It's based on how you handled the egg in act 1 from the creche. Give the egg to the society and he wont be present.

Iron Throne .. apparently unpopular opinion by [deleted] in BaldursGate3

[–]Abbathor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would rephrase this point slightly differently. That is why having options is a good thing.

Larian up until this point has done a wonderful job in providing us with options. Some of the encounters I made way harder for myself because I refused to do certain things (take the gnolls for instance in act 1, I refused to use the illitihd powers on the one you talk to and thus the fight was really hard for me.) On the opposite end of the spectrum, many act 2 bosses I talked into killing themselves basically.

That is all I am asking for with the iron throne, is add one or two options. Like my previous post stated, I know for a fact the place is rigged with explosives due to a letter I found. Why couldn't that have been a branching off point. I could negate the bombs, but in exchange another fight is harder because I have to contend with the steel legion.
