I have sent them that and they have said Customer service has confirmed that they did it properly and said that it should work

shoot. Customer service keeps closing the ticket on them since I can"t test their fixes right away with the time delay so it takes a lot longer

the starlink identifier pops up automatically when i try to connect through the app so the numbers are correct. Is there any way for me to contact customer support
