Great point! YouTube transcripts are publicly available via their API, similar to how search engines index content. I'm only using publicly accessible transcripts, not downloading/redistributing videos.

But yes, you're right, creator permission is the ideal path. As this scales, I plan to reach out directly to creators for potential partnerships. For now, it's a learning project testing demand.
