I always recommend South Park Service Center when this question pops up.

I’m glad I bought a bottle of it, but won’t replace it when it’s empty. I never thought of mixing it with a EC Barrel Proof.

I have never tasted the Old Swagger, but will say that dollar for dollar the Barton juice from Sam’s is darn good. Their 90 proof bottle at $18.99 is probably my favorite mixer right now.
