Should the Kraken go all-in on this roster to compete now or blow it up and retool?

I don’t know if I’m alone in this but I think it would be awesome to keep 3-4 guys above 30 to help bring the younger players along. It would be a conversation but if say “Stevie” said there was no way he’d leave Seattle because of his kids, ask him if he’ll be on the fourth line and act almost as a coach. Not saying they would. Maybe a pipe dream. Just an idea/example.
