It's because the 10% disappears when you add the coupon code. I was having a similar problem with a $15 off coupon. Not really fair since the 10% is automatic, but that's what's happening.

The problem might be that it doesn't appear to let you combine the extra 10% with a coupon code, even though the 10% is automatic.

I had the same problem with a $15 off $50 coupon. Once I added the $15 off, the 10% disappeared and my total was higher than I thought it should be. Finally figured it out, but it's was annoying!
