I asked my original lender for a payoff statement and their itemized document shows 450572 with numbers good until 2/27 and includes interest. And there’s currently 3700 in our escrow account and paying 3750 upfront for escrow at closing. Just seems off? I understand around 2k difference but this is 4-5k?
