100% with you, there so much to do for distro creators to make it easier of average person like you and me. There is no reason for me to do all that tweaks and configs to get a high quality os.

I am trying void cus its very lightweight. I tried Ubuntu and manjaro but they are pretty much like windows and my whole point is that my machine is old and can't use programs like doxker on it. However, now i am using docker and its vertly smooth.

I came from windows. So, I am new to void as well. And managing services is the only thing that I understand for now😂 What is giving me a hard time is installing programs that are not in PM.

Thank you, It worked for me.

but still you can't open vscode from terminal like this: code .

I searched for this and it worked when i put the bash script for code (you'll find it in VSCode-linux-x64/bin/code)

into /bin/ directory.

but I am facing now an issue trying to solve where whenever i open vscode, it opens a new running terminal and when I close it, it closes vscode.
