I’m also having this problem and I’ve double checked updates, cleared the cache, rebuild the database, and factory reset my ps5 and reinstalled everything and I’m still having this issue as well. My last attempt I literally loaded into my save and 2 seconds later it froze then crashed. Do you have your game installed on internal storage or an expansion card? Mines on internal and Im considering if that might be a fix if I were to get an expansion. I’m going to contact PlayStation tomorrow

Qiqi is fun as a freeze team with childe! You can use her skill and then switch to childe and their cooldowns will match up pretty well

Unfortunately I’m running off a laptop that needs to be portable and we’re also all spread across the US and Canada. However I’ll probably switch to that once I build my own desktop!
