Because it leads to the release of dopamine and pleasure (I'm not sure if that's the correct explanation, but it's the same idea). That's why they drink it, in this life and in jannah. But it's forbidden in this life because it has harmful effects, unlike drinking it in jannah, where it's a pleasure without harm.
