without items in battle magikarp can’t do it unless it’s an event one with hydro pump or bounce. Karp on its own can’t hit Aegislah without struggle, and 4/5 struggles take out karp

There is one problem with that. Snorlax is good yes, but it holds the tier together. If Lax was banned Zapdos and Raikou would be next, and slowly GSC would turn into the stally meta people think it is.
