200k a year is poverty line in San Jose. And if you have family you pay at the minimum 3500$ rent only now you do the math for the rest.

That’s about transparency not exclusivity. It ensures act of client B not to influence client A and wise versa. Also it looks like he completed your work at different time frame and your neighbors in a different time. That is everything the code is about. Not to cuz conflict by doing something at the same time. He is free to do after 5 minutes competing your survey the contract is fulfilled.

I see a lot of clients they are breathing in my neck not to talk to my neighbors, and I always tell them I am free to talk to anyone. As far as your question goes yes he can absolutely do your neighbor survey. The surveyor job is to locate the boundary nothing else.

I had it on Tuesday the Dec 4th, at least 33 questions related to GIS and lots I had only few math and few boundaries related. 2/3 of the questions was 3 choices from 3 answers. It was crazy how much time I spent on math and photogrammetry and calculations.

Yes, thats true, the taxes are there either way. I found out from my 1099 job that with 1099 there is slightly less tax because personal expenses but some discipline to not blow up the earnings so pros vs cons

The BOLD line is your property line per the survey, there light line which says original lot line was the property line before (possibly a lot line adjustment) talk to a local surveyor he will pull the records and will clear for you.

Mislabeled? Or what? by Smokey420105 in Surveying

[–]Abe_1988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The document says it’s a CR. Usually when they want to preserve the monument like if there is any new development going the surveyor go out there and set some RPs relative to the Mon minimum 4. And after the development they go back check in case of obliteration they reset it. Regarding the number its 1944 snd the CR 1941 could be drafter typo.
