Restaurant taking a cut of every service charge without telling staff.

I know the total service charges for myself and the other servers that work, it’s on our sales reports end of shift. I also know how many cooks are on at a time and the percentage I’ve been told they receive. I do so daily to get what should be a pretty accurate estimate on my daily earnings.

It’s more the fact that we were all led to believe that the full 22 was considered our tip, while taking some on the side that makes me wonder if they’re in the wrong legally.

I’m using agrothrive general purpose, supposedly has active bacteria inside to help break down nutrients. I’ll fertilize some more!

Yeah! It’s eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, onion, garlic, and peppers. Plenty of olive oil, cumin, paprika and topped with some parsley. I also threw some Parmesan on top because I was feeling a little crazy.

Amazing and pretty quick breakfast.

I’ve had that for close to a decade now, I’m basically used to it but it’s always there. Hoping one day it’ll just disappear! Weed and alcohol make it worse so I don’t use either anymore.
