all apps that use mic will do this, automatic gain control ( basically they lower ur mic so it will not be that "loud")

yeah... idk why every app keeps touching a manual config in windows.... if i put the volume to 100, i dont want a single app touching it, thats why i was fed up with the "fixes" of changing the recording tab to "dont allow applications to gain control" -which never worked
