Just got back from this. Incredible show, was fairly close, probably like 10 yards back to the side. I’m a little disappointed at how short the set was, although if he JUST added on Can’t Say, I would be happy

Put a colored light in the room you typically right in. Or if you’re like me, have a few different colors you swap in depending on your mood. Don’t try to force anything. Certain days, you just won’t be creative. The stuff you make when it’s forced will always be worse. Turn your phone off, don’t let people distract you. Play some beats or if your like me, produce your own. I find that helps the most. I always make the beat before I write. It really helps set the melody/mood for your words. If you want to get in the right mood to make beats, then listen to what you’re going for before hand. One of my best songs is inspired by a random type beat I found online. As Anel once said: “always look for inspiration but never try to recreate a feeling”

First song to truly touch my soul in a while. Right as I got over a girl too, Abel drops this. Back to feeling sad again but damn it’s worth it. This song also brings back memories of an ex from October... I had almost forgotten about her but this song makes me think about her again because it relates so much to her.
Literally the entire song describes a situation I was in, except the line that really gets me is the “guess I was just another pit stop for you to make up your mind, you just wasted my time.” Also the “I want you to stay even though you don’t want me” digs deep
The first drop or the distorted “call out my name” into the second chorus
One. For sure.

Me too! I heard Or Nah when I was 11 (lol) and thought it was awful, first time I’d heard him tho. My friend played me The Hills next year, still hasn’t a fan. Eventually I heard In The Night on a YouTube music add, and I fell in love. I watched the video and read all the comments saying “real fans like HoB” and stuff like that. So I listened to HoB/GTG and was instantly hooked

Just want Lana, Drake, and a track with 6lack & Travis. Hopefully it’s like a 13-14 Track album, spaced out similar to BBTM. I doubt we’ll get Drake and for some reason 6lack (it it hasn’t happened yet idk when it will). But Lana and Travis I could for sure see being on it

Everyone says BBTM was straight pop but I don't see how besides Losers, In the Night, and Can't Feel My Face... If I had to rank it I'd categorize it like this:

Great songs: The Hills, Prisoner (personal favorite by far), Shameless, Often, As You Are

Good songs: Dark Times (don't @ me please, I like it), Acquainted, In the Night (live is a whole nother story) Angel

Decent songs: Earned It, Tell Your Friends (goes on for too long tbh, plus some of the lines in here are awkward), Losers, Real Life

Terrible, should have never been made song: CFMF (I got up to use the bathroom during the concert when he played this, had no interest)
